1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products, and items not in their original packaging, are not eligible for return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

Replacement delivery will be done within 2-3 business days.
